Or that every time he picked up a weapon, there was a good chance someone died. Now Dags works as a P.I. in Hollywood, California. But only when he’s not hunting demons. Thanks to a particularly nasty one, Dags accidentally saves the life of a movie star, and it turns his life upside down. She hires him for protection and a dead guy leaves Dags his dog. Someone opens a hell portal under the Hollywood sign. A female homicide detective who hates Dags from high school wonders if he’s a serial killer. Complicating all of that is Phoenix X, a gorgeous movie star with a hot movie star boyfriend. Dags can’t get her out of his head, and she’s just as inexplicably drawn to him. Unfortunately, with demons targeting Dags all over the city and an open portal letting in more, her fascination with him will probably get her killed.
